The Grey Swan Guild is a modern, virtual think tank. It is attended to by thought leaders and sensemakers. Its initial effort was a web site and a publication of over 60 points of view in reaction to the COVID19 pandemic of 2020. This happened in June 2020. The Guild has grown into a leading volunteer network of over 1000 leaders and members.

Grey swan is a term used to describe a potentially very significant event that is considered unlikely to happen but still possible. Because there is a slight chance the event will occur it should be anticipated, particularly as it could shake up the world, governments, institutions, economies, quality of life and stock markets.
